For blessing us with your presence on this day ONE YEAR AGO!!!

My o my how things have changed for us!
I remember when we found out we were having you, things were so hectic and crazy. Yes, sweet love you were not planned but a very happy surprise! Daddy was working with Great Uncle Tracy, and mommy was a nanny for a great family! We lived on the south side of OKC in daddy's grandmas house.
I remember daddy and I riding to the doctor to find out if you were a boy or a girl, yes I wanted you to be a Riley Elizabeth, but am so Happy that you are Koltyn Kennedy!
I remember the night you were born...after just a few hours you were here! You were 8lbs 11oz and 19 inches long. We were only in the hospital a few days and got to go home (at that time we stayed with robert johnson!) Daddy had to work outta town so your first week of life was at your Momo's! She was a great help! You were defintely a handful!
I remember a few weeks later we moved to Geary, OK next door to daddy's job so that I could stay home with you and daddy wouldn't have to drive so far to work!

and now...


You are 22.5lbs and about 31'' long and "talking" and getting into everything! :)

You talk all the time!
You say: DADA (all the time) mama (when your hungry or sad) ya (in the stores) fish (because you LOVE fish and Glenna got you a fish tank for your birthday ---a month ago!), you actually say "ish" , dog ( you love T and Wib-which are Gene and Glenna's Golden retrievers) You actually say "awg".

You stand when no ones looking
You walk with your push toys
You love all food!! -as of today your favorite food is yogurt!
You have TEN teeth!
You still breastfeed! (often..like I said you love to eat!)
You sleep from 9-2 or 3am in your bed then get up, nurse and sleep in my bed till 8am
You are very much a daddy's boy! If he comes home and don't pick you up you get very mad!!
Your favorite toy-tonka dump truck! , second favorite-Glenna's cat , pinball's, cat toy!
You have a few friends Jaxon Stover, (mommies friends son, he is just a month younger than you!) Arman McGehee, (someone mommy babysits often and you love to play with! hes a few months older than yoU!)

Thank-you sweet child for blessing us with your presence! You have taught us so much about life and how to really enjoy the small things!

Hi! My name is Heather! Thanks for reading my blog!

A little about me? I am a 20 year old mommy and wife! I met my husband (josh 32) almost 4 years ago (July 4th 2006) through my sister (Amber 23). Yes they were "technically" dating, however she wasn't in to him and neither was he into her. So The next day after the group hang out on july 4th josh called me at my job and asked me out. We have been together every since! We had our wonderful son, Koltyn Kennedy Gillean April 25, 2009. (Ill give you his birth details later) We moved to Geary, Oklahoma a week later, due to a great job oppurtunity for Josh. We got married 09,09,09.

I have 2 sisters, Amber (23) and Kristina (16 come may) and one brother (13 in august) Amber has one son Kaidyn who is exactly 8 months older than Koltyn!

Josh has one sister (lacy) she is a couple years older than Josh so 34ish!

My parents are split so My mom lives in OKC and my dad lives in Texas.
